Kalle Vähä-Jaakkola

A physicist, astro-preneur and a farmer’s son from Finland. When other kids drove mopeds around the village, Kalle drew spaceships, lent books about space from libraries around Finland, and envisioned working in space. After studies in physics he worked as a management educator and trainer for years before refining his leadership and business skills in an executive role.

In 2013 he co-founded Space Nation to pioneer humanity’s transition to space. Space Nation is liberating astronaut skills and accelerating human advancement by creating the world’s largest space discovery, wellness and learning community. Space Nation Astronaut Program enables everyone to train like an astronaut, and offers missions to space for best candidates.
