As Head of Network Managed Services and Design & Optimization, Bradley Mead leads the entire Ericsson organization in the business where customers entrust Ericsson to run the day-to-day business of their network operations as well as work in partnership for mutual growth.
Bradley Mead has an international track record of delivering as well as growing and transforming large services businesses. With more than 25 years’ experience in the telecom industry, he has spent the last decade solely focused on Managed Services. Most recently, he was responsible for Ericsson’s Managed Services business in North America and grew the business to have presence with all major operators in the United States.
Previous to that, he led Managed Services business in the UK and Ireland and before that, in New Zealand and his home country of Australia. His team effort in services to Telstra during this time led to the operator’s wireline network performing with the world’s best metrics. In addition, he and his team won the first deal for Managed Services for Networks and IT with 3 Australia.
During the course of his career, he has been at the forefront of network sharing initiatives in both Australia and the United Kingdom. Mead is also well known for his ability and passion to engage with customers with the sole focus of achieving outstanding business results.
His early leadership experience includes a 12-year stint at Telstra, where he held senior roles in network engineering and operations.
Mead holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Flinders University in Adelaide, Australia. He has completed a certificate of Leadership and Management from the Royal.
